About ALLWAYS
ALLWAYS is an experience innovated by Plaza Premium Group (PPG). Since 1998, the group has made it our mission to make travel better. As avid travellers ourselves, we seek innovations and conveniences that make the journey seamless.
In 2012, PPG launched ALLWAYS airport passenger services. Previously, such services were only available to some, through ALLWAYS, it was and is our vision to bring this to all. We believe something as simple as buggy rides, wheelchair support or meet and assist makes a big difference to the travel experience, for anyone.
Looking to constantly innovating our services globally, we soon added fast track lanes, porter services and concierge into our service mix. Today, all the services you need can be found under one roof, in one app. ALLWAYS brings you One Brand, One Experience, One Platform all at your fingertips. Enjoy an end-to-end airport experience to plan your trip easily, digitally, from start to finish. So let us be your concierge. Let us guide you and make your journey seamless, from one airport to another, ALLWAYS.
Travel should not be complicated.
The journey should be easy and seamless.
Not sometimes, but ALLWAYS.
Your Personal Airport Assistant
Anywhere, Anytime, ALLWAYS.
