  9. Only qualified transactions made with the eligible Visa cards with the Merchants meeting the spending requirement during the Campaign Period (“Qualified Transactions”) will qualify for rewards.
  10. Upon completion of a Qualified Transaction, Customer will be rewarded a Smart Traveller Voucher (“Voucher”) with a designed amount of ST Points apart from the spending discounts described in the Offer, if applicable.
  11. To access the Offer and redeem ST Points, Customers must download the ST App and login or register as a member. Any incomplete member registrations would not be entitled to the rewards.
  12. Upon successful activation, ST member will receive the designated amount of ST points in the ST app. This Voucher does not entitle the Voucher holder to any other services or products besides the points, and the Voucher holder is required and responsible to pay for any chargeable services or products offered for point redemption in the ST app, and subject to other terms in the coupon's T&C page.
  13. The Voucher is available for activation until December 31, 2026 and points are available for use twelve (12) months from the date of activation.
  14. ST Points earned during this campaign can be used in the ST Marketplace, where members can redeem for a wide range of rewards, including products, services, and experiences (“Services”).
  15. ST Points are non-redeemable for cash, and must be used in accordance with the Smart Traveller Terms and Conditions.

For Customers who have activated the Voucher through this Offer, the ST Points earned are redeemable for Services at a specified rate in the Visa Exclusive Marketplace within the Smart Traveller App. Customers might be asked to present the corresponding Visa card or event page before consuming the Services.
  17. The Voucher cannot be returned, transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash or other product.
  18. The transaction linked to this offer or Voucher is intended to be non-refundable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer must return all the products and unused Vouchers in the unavoidable refund scenarios in accordance with applicable law or Merchant’s standard refund policy.
  19. If the Transaction is refunded, canceled, or found to be invalid, Smart Traveller and Merchants reserve the right to withdraw the corresponding rewards (ST Points, discounts or Services) from the cardholder’s account without prior notice to the Customer.
  20. All rewards are subject to availability. Visa reserves the right to replace any reward with an alternative of different value without prior notice to Customers.
  21. Visa, Merchants and Smart Traveller reserve the right to disqualify any cardholder who engages in fraudulent activities, abuses the promotion, or violates these Terms.
  22. Any fraudulent or suspicious transactions may result in the forfeiture of rewards and/or the cancellation of cardholder participation in the campaign.
  23. Visa and Smart Traveller are not responsible for any delays, errors, or failures in processing rewards due to circumstances beyond their control, including technical issues, system failures, or merchant errors.
  24. Merchant is solely accountable for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of this offer according to these Terms; whereas, Smart Traveller does not endorse any product or service offered as part of this promotion nor assumes responsibility for their quality or performance.
  25.
