CTBC Points X ST Points Redemption

Promotion Period: Now until 31 March 2026

Redemption Method:

1. Cardholders must first register as a Smart Traveller (ST) member.
2. Through the Smart Traveller App, cardholders may convert CTBC Points into ST Points.
3. ST Points may be redeemed for designated rewards on the Smart Traveller platform, including but not limited to global Plaza Premium Lounge access, airport concierge services, and airport dining services.

Every 1,000 CTBC Reward Points can be redeemed for 150 ST Points.

Terms and Conditions:

1. CTBC Points may be converted into ST Points instantly. Once converted, cancellation, refund, or amendment will not be accepted.
2. Redeemed ST Points are applicable for use in the ST Marketplace and CTBC Marketplace. Rewards redeemed are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. Rewards must be redeemed within the designated validity period. Any rewards not redeemed before the expiry date will be deemed forfeited and will automatically become invalid.
4. Rewards may not be resold or exchanged for cash, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
5. ST Points will be deducted immediately from the member’s Smart Traveller account at the time of redemption.
6. For 100 ST Points offer:
   • Eligible Customers who successfully link their eligible CTBC Credit Card with their Smart Traveller account for the first time via the “Link My Card” function during the Promotion Period shall receive a one-time credit of 100 ST Points.
   • This offer is available exclusively to customers who had not previously linked any eligible CTBC Credit Card with any Smart Traveller account at any time on or before 30 November 2025. Cards that are deleted and re-added do not qualify.
   • 100 ST Points will be automatically credited to the member’s Account within 30 calendar days.
7. For any matters not specified herein, please refer to the latest announcements on the official websites of China Trust Bank and Smart Traveller. In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control, China Trust Bank and Smart Traveller reserve the right to amend, modify, or terminate this promotion, and to make the final decision and interpretation regarding all matters related to this promotion. Relevant matters shall be handled in accordance with Article 19 of the Regulations Governing Credit Card Business Institutions and other applicable regulations.
