Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Conversion of Max Miles to ST Points is a partnership between HeyMax and Arrture Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Campaign” and “Conversion”).
  2. The Conversion of Max Miles to ST Points shall be applicable to HeyMax members who are eligible with effect from 28 July 2026. 
  3. The application for Conversion shall be published on HeyMax app in a denomination of ST Points offered with the amount of Max Miles required specified in this Terms and Conditions.
  4. The HeyMax Account must be an active account at the time of the Conversion. 
  5. A minimum of 1,000 Max Miles is required for a HeyMax member to convert to ST Points in the denomination published on HeyMax app. HeyMax member who does not have enough Max Miles balance in their HeyMax Account shall not be eligible for any Conversion. 
  6. In an event whereby such Conversion is made, the Conversion will not be processed.
  7. There is no maximum number of Conversion applied to HeyMax members throughout the Campaign Period. 
  8. The Conversion will be processed within 24 hours. However, should a system failure or technical glitch occur, it may take up to seven (7) working days for the Conversion to be processed. 
  9. It shall be the HeyMax member’s responsibility to inform HeyMax at support@heymax.ai within three (3) working days, should the HeyMax member did not receive the ST Points from the date of transaction. 
  10. HeyMax shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by inaccurate submission of the details provided by HeyMax member. In the event whereby inaccurate details are submitted, the Conversion shall become null and void. 
  11. Once the Conversion is successful, the appropriate number of Max Miles will be deducted from the HeyMax Member’s account and will not be refunded or reversible under any circumstances except for technical glitches. 
  12. Max Miles are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. 
  13. The Conversion is strictly for HeyMax members who hold a valid Smart Traveller account.
  14. HeyMax members are not allowed to convert and transfer Max Miles to other Smart Traveller account holders. The Conversion applies only to the HeyMax member’s account with Smart Traveller under the same name. 
  15. The Smart Traveller account number provided during the Conversion request or transacting through the HeyMax member’s account must be owned by the HeyMax member. Each Member shall be solely responsible for keeping the Smart Traveller Account Number and all details in connection with the account, confidential and secured and shall immediately notify HeyMax at support@heymax.ai of any unauthorized access to the linked Smart Traveller account. 
  16. HeyMax and Smart Traveller reserve the right to change the Conversion rate without prior notice to members. 
  17. HeyMax and Smart Traveller reserve the right at its sole discretion to deduct or change any Points redeemed from the HeyMax members for the purpose of correcting any errors or inaccuracies in the Conversion. 
  18. HeyMax shall not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, unused or expired ST Points which have been received by HeyMax members. 
  19. HeyMax reserves the right to cancel the Conversion by any HeyMax member who is in breach of these Terms & Conditions. 
  20. The Conversion displayed in the catalogue, HeyMax app and Smart Traveller app is correct at published time and is subject to change from time to time. 
  21. HeyMax reserves the right to cancel or revoke the Conversion for any reason, including the following circumstances: fraudulent purchasing activity, abuse or used in bad faith. 
  22. Any Points recorded in error or related to a transaction which is cancelled, HeyMax and Smart Traveller has the right to deduct such Points as stated above without notifying the Member. 
  23. HeyMax and Smart Traveller reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign at any time without prior notice to HeyMax Members and Smart Traveller Members. 
  24. HeyMax and Smart Traveller will not be liable and/or be required to offer replacement of Max Miles conversion for: 
    - Discontinued or cancelled Max Miles Conversion to ST Points; 
    - Improper use of, or inability to convert the Max Miles; or 
    - All other applicable Terms & Conditions shall apply.
