The Autumn 2026 Campaign (collectively, the “Promotions”) are valid from 17 September 2026 until 16 November 2026. (“Promotion Period”).
You can enjoy the points conversion offer if you have a valid Smart Traveller member account, hold an eligible HSBC Credit Card, and have successfully connected your Smart Traveller member account with HSBC Reward+ before making any relevant conversions. The mobile number registered on both accounts must be the same.
Once the RewardCash is converted into Smart Traveller Points (“ST Points”) in the Smart Traveller platform, the ST Points will be subjected to the terms and conditions of Smart Traveller and the conversion cannot be reversed.
You cannot:
a. exchange the offer for cash, other products, services or discounts or transfer the offer to another person; and
b. use the offer together with any other existing offers of HSBC and Smart Traveller.
For 188 ST Points Welcome offer:
a. Eligible customers who successfully register as a new Smart Traveller member via designated promotional sign-up links during the Promotion Period will receive a one-time credit of 188 ST Points upon account activation.
b. This offer is strictly restricted to new sign-ups completed through the specified links; registrations through any other channels, general Smart Traveller App downloads, or organic links do not qualify.
c. The 188 ST Points are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products, and will be automatically credited to the eligible member's Smart Traeller Account upon successful verification.
