Terms and Conditions
- The 2X Points Conversions and the Summer Offers (collectively, the “Promotions”) are valid from 18 June 2026 until 17 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
- Limited-time Flash Sale items are valid during the promotional periods stated above.
- You can enjoy the points conversion offer if you have a valid Smart Traveller member account, hold an eligible HSBC Credit Card, and have successfully connected your Smart Traveller member account with HSBC Reward+ before making any relevant conversions. The mobile number registered on both accounts must be the same.
- Once the RewardCash is converted into Smart Traveller Points (“ST Points”) in the Smart Traveller platform, the ST Points will be subjected to the terms and conditions of Smart Traveller and the conversion cannot be reversed.
- You cannot:
a. exchange the offer for cash, other products, services or discounts or transfer the offer to another person; and
b. use the offer together with any other existing offers of HSBC and Smart Traveller. - For 188 ST Points Welcome offer:
a. Eligible customers who successfully register as a new Smart Traveller member via designated promotional sign-up links during the Promotion Period will receive a one-time credit of 188 ST Points upon account activation.
b. This offer is strictly restricted to new sign-ups completed through the specified links; registrations through any other channels, general Smart Traveller App downloads, or organic links do not qualify.
c. The 188 ST Points are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products, and will be automatically credited to the eligible member's Smart Traeller Account upon successful verification. - For Bind HSBC Reward+ offer:
a. Eligible Customers who have a valid Smart Traveller account and have successfully connected it with their HSBC Reward+ for the first time during 18 June 2026 to 17 August 2026 (i.e. have never connected their Smart Traveller account with their HSBC Reward+ before 18 June 2026) will receive one (1) jar of Plaza Premium First Homemade XO Sauce (45g) after successful binding. - For First-Time Converter Mission:
a. This offer is available exclusively to users who register for a new Smart Traveller account during the Promotion Period via designated promotional sign-up links.
