  1. Enter the Eraman website via the dedicated link. Please click "SHOP NOW" from this page.
  2. Select the desired product and complete the transactions.
  3. Present your Smart Traveller Membership ID upon collecting the order at the Eraman outlets.
  4. Points will be issued to your Smart Traveller account within 60 days after transaction is completed.
  1. Members must place the order via the dedicated website redirected from SHOP NOW button, in order to be eligible to earn ST Points.
  2. ST Points will be credited to the member’s account 60 days after the completion of an eligible transaction. ST Points will not be awarded if the order is cancelled.
  3. ST Points awarded will be based on the local currency converted to USD Dollars. The exchange rate will be determined at Arrture Group Limited’s discretion, based on the industry’s standard exchange rate.
  4. Purchase of duty free products is limited to international flights only with a valid passport and boarding pass.
  5. Your redemption is subject to the arrival destination of customs' allowance and regulations.
  6. The redemption guidelines for duty free items are as follows:
    a) Arrival passenger - allowance for liquor items is only 1L per customer per passport
    b) Arrival non residents having intention to visit Malaysia for not less than 48 hours
    c) Arrival residents returning after an absence from Malaysia of not less than 48 hours
    d) Departure passenger - allowance for liquor items is up to 5L per customer per passport
  7. Duty free alcohol or liquor are not sellable to individual below 21 years old and and muslim customers.
  8. Rewards are not calculated on postage / handling / delivery costs or associated purchase taxes in your region (This may include but not be limited to VAT, GST etc).
  9. In case of any dispute, the decision of Smart Traveller and Eraman shall be final.
