Present your Smart Traveller e-membership card when processing your eligible entry to the lounge.

For eligible transaction, your ST Points will be updated in your account within 6 weeks of the transaction date.

100 ST Points for entry via airline invitations, corporate vouchers, credit card entitlements and selected lounge aggregators (only via Priority Pass physical and digital membership card; access through Payment Card, LoungeKey and Lounge Pass are not eligible to earn points).
150 ST Points for Paid Entry (via Online Booking or Walk-in).
Except for Walk-in Paid Entry using Smart Traveller member’s discount, points earning are not valid and points will not be issued with any other promotion, discount, and/or entries using gift cards or vouchers.

Celebrate birthdays in style with bonus points

BIRTHDAY REWARD POINTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Birthday reward points are valid throughout the entire month of the member’s birthday, e.g. members birthday is on 5th December, the birthday reward will be applicable for all earn transactions in the month of December.


2. Birthday reward points is a multiplier – 2 times – of the points earned from every eligible transaction at participating lounges and airport dining locations.


3. Unless otherwise specified, birthday reward points cannot be combined with any other bonus, or double points offer, and not applicable during Sign-up Bonus Points and App Download Bonus Points promotion period.


4. Only members who have updated their Smart Traveller profile with their date of birth prior to their visit are eligible to enjoy the Birthday reward points.


5. Birthday reward points will appear as a separate transaction, e.g. member’s statement will show earnings of 100 points from Plaza Premium Lounge and another 100 points indicated as Birthday Rewards of Transaction XXYYZZ.


6. Birthday reward points will be issued within 14 working days of each valid transaction.
