With the Link My Card feature, you can link your eligible cards, vouchers and code (Credentials) to the Smart Traveller App and Smart Traveller WeChat Mini App, unlocking a seamless and rewarding experience:

  • Effortless Access: Enter Plaza Premium Group outlets (Plaza Premium Lounge, PPL) and affiliated outlets with ease using Link My Card QR code.
  • Everything at Your Fingertips: Check your credential's eligibility for PPL access, explore available PPL outlet locations, review your visit history, and track your remaining quota (for selected partners) — all in one place.

How to Link Your Card 
Getting started is simple: 

New Users
Step 1:  Open the ST App or ST WeChat Mini App and tap the “Link My Card” icon.
Step 2:  Tap “Link Card Now”.
Step 3:  Select “Bank” tab or “Company” tab, enter your details, and accept the Terms
& Conditions.
Step 4:  Tap "Continue" to complete the linking process.

Existing Users
Step 1: Open the ST App or ST WeChat Mini App and tap the “Link My Card” icon.
Step 2: Tap the “Edit” icon at the top-right corner of the screen, then select “Link New Card”.
Step 3: Select “Bank” tab or “Company” tab, enter your details, and accept the Terms
& Conditions.
Step 4: Tap "Continue" to complete the linking process.

Please note that Link My Card QR code access to Plaza Premium Group outlets is currently available at Plaza Premium Lounges worldwide, including participating affiliate lounges, and is subject to the respective partner's terms and conditions.

At present, only eligible credentials from selected partners can be linked through the Smart Traveller App and Smart Traveller WeChat Mini App. Plaza Premium Group will continue to expand its network of participating partners over time.

If you are ST WeChat mini app users, associating your accounts for Link My Card allows for a seamless experience across platforms. You’ll enjoy synchronized information benefits, access to your card details, quota entitlement and eligible card location without double keying in into both applications.

  1. You can link your credential(s) using the ‘Link My Card’ feature in the Smart Traveller App and Smart Traveller WeChat Mini App. However, at this time, you can only link selected credential issued by participating partners.
  2. Once you link your eligible credential(s) using the Link My Card feature in your Smart Traveller App or Smart Traveller WeChat Mini App, you may (a) view your total number of available access according to the eligible PPL Outlets available to the corresponding linked Eligible Credentials; (b) view your PPL Outlets visit history; and (c) streamline your admission process into PPL Outlets by scanning the generated Link My Card QR code through the admission device in PPL Outlets and presenting your admission confirmation to the relevant PPL Outlet staff. Link My Card QR code access is only available at selected PPL Outlets. For avoidance of doubt, PPL Outlets access eligibility is subject to the respective Participating Partner’s terms and conditions on the Eligible Credentials used.
  3. You need to present the actual and/or physical form of Eligible Credentials for your first access; thereafter, no such requirement is necessary.
  4. Entrance is at the sole discretion of the PPL Outlets and is therefore not guaranteed.
  5. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided/saved in respect of any Eligible Credentials used.
  6. You assume the risk for any losses resulting from the misuse of the ‘Link My Card’ feature, the Eligible Credentials or the QR code, and we disclaim any liability associated with such misuse or mishandling.
  7. Eligible Credentials paired through Link My Card may be unlinked at any time.
  8. Any Eligible Credentials displayed in the Link My Card function are for illustrative purposes only.
  9. We reserve the right to amend the list of Eligible Credentials and participating PPL Outlets from time-to-time and without prior notice.
